Mewar University in its Endeavour to serve nearby villages organized a plantation drive in village Khutia, on 22nd February 2019. Dept of Agriculture, took the initiative. Both faculties and students equally participated in this plantation drive. Both Sarpanch and elders of the village contributed in this noble act. They appreciated the initiative taken by Mewar University. While plantation was going on faculties shared valuable information regarding crops , better ways of plantations and correct ways of using fertilizer. Also in addition they brought samples of soils and water for testing in University laboratory and use the same in future research work. The contribution made by the faculties and students of Agriculture was appreciated by dean and Head of the Department alike.
